complex messages of humans and winter wrens, follow the song of the winter wren--it's all good, Government, John Kerry, JohnKerry, Michael Woodruff, United States Department of State, United States Secretary of State, Winter Wren and its song

photo by Michael Woodruff at Winter Wren Wraparound; see above
with a complex message that’s heeded & energetically-voiced,
yet w/ a tiny footprint & worldwide respect.
It’s what I wish for John Kerry: He should be like a Winter Wren.
Per unit weight, WWs belt out a 36-notes-per-second, complex song
with 10X the power of a crowing rooster.
Hard to see, but easy to hear.
So, earn that portrait spot on the 7th floor of the State Dept, John Kerry:
Be unforgettable.

I’ve said it before. The winter wren is my very favourite bird for a variety of reasons but none more so than the total sweetness it evokes (for me anyway). What a fabulous photo!
I want in the worst way to get a great view of a Winter Wren. So when we go out birding each week we’ll always stop at a woodsy, wet area–maybe a brook going in and under some rocks and ferns–and our leader will say, “perfect place for Winter Wrens, Patty–pish.” So far, it’s a no go.Or a no show I should say. I missed a week a while back and they spied a half dozen.

Is it possible this is the little guy I saw in White’s Woods, just off the boardwalk bridge, golf course side? Toni
Yes! Upturned tail. Brown? Did you hear him?
Patty
Never seen one but sure wish I had at least heard one.
This is a slowed down version of the Winter Wren’s song. Breathtaking.

That is unbelievable! Thanks for taking the time to arrange my “introduction.”
